Trainee Traffic Management Operative

Streetwise traffic management based in Sheffield (S35) have a number of vacancies for trainee traffic management operatives.

The main duties of the work will involve driving to different sites and manning or setting out various types of traffic management.
- Traffic lights
- Road closures
- Stop & Go
- Lane Closures
- Marshalling and dealing with the general public.

For insurance purposes you must be over 18 and have held a full driver’s license for over 12 months, the ability to be able to take instructions and good communication skills are a must.

You will work a rolling 2 weekly rota
Week 1 - Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off)
Week 2 - 2 midweek days off and will work the weekend (exact days off to be discussed)

Experience is not essential as full training will be given in house and externally to progress and build your career at Streetwise and within the traffic management industry.
