**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- A relevant qualification in Architecture or Architectural Technology. If you are an Architect you must be registered with the ARB
- Proven experience leading and managing complex healthcare projects.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong technical knowledge of architectural and design principles, codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders and project teams.
- Proficiency in Revit is an advantage.
- A passion for innovation and sustainable design solutions in the healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to inspire and motivate teams.
