This award-winning digital agency are part of a larger people management organisation, who provide both public and private sector client with solutions to recruit top talent into their respective industries. Their Performance Media team does this by carryingout innovative campaigns to reach their target audience, avoiding traditional media and thinking outside of the box whilst meeting and exceeding business objective of their clients.

The Role

As Performance Media Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Strategizing cross-channel media plans for some of the largest accounts across the business
- Liaising with clients, publishers and clients and providing them with progressive and tools and solutions
- Activating across Paid Social and Paid Search campaigns, as well as being involved with Programmatic activities
- Managing, supporting and delegating tasks to an Account Executive
- Collaborating with internal teams to monitor and analyse performance of campaigns.
- Producing insights that will improve quality of work and influence strategy across the teams

About You

Desired attributes include:

- 3-5 years' experience being hands-on within accounts across Paid Search and Paid Social, and preferably experience working across Programmatic
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with others
- Technical tracking knowledge
- Advance knowledge of Excel and an analytical mind
