Plant Coordinator

We are a family-owned surfacing company. We require an enthusiastic, driven and motivated Plant Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to experience all areas of Plant, within fast paced, growing environment.

**Your tasks**:

- Arrange on hire / off hires / exchanges of plant
- Daily defect check and liaise with fitter for repairs.
- Schedule the low loader to get the plant to site.
- Raise purchase orders for parts and repairs and maintain register of delivery notes
- Oversee a “final check” that all plant is in position and correct prior to work commencing
- Maintain live hire reports and do regular plant audits
- Arrange 6 weekly service of kit and complete service sheets
- Administer planings
- General admin duties

Your profile:

- Experience in administration type roles
- Well organised and able to work under pressure.
- Computer literate, with experience of spreadsheets.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and support as required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Full driving licence

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Production Scheduling: 1 year (preferred)
- Production Management: 1 year (preferred)
