**Our Offices**

Our purpose-Built Office space in Melton West Business Park. Browns Books, 5 Melton Enterprise Park, Melton, East Yorkshire, HU14 3RS. Modern spacious offices, Wellbeing quiet room, games room and staff Canteen, free parking on site, Bus stop at building entrance (Melton Monks Way, 55, 55A 150 Routes).

This is not a Call Centre role You must have a fantastic work ethic, be able to self-manage and problem solve whilst delivering exceptional customer care skills in the process to our Educational & Academic Customers.

2024 Salary £25,600. Mon-Fri. 0800-1700 No Shifts or Weekends.(40hrs)

(Contracts available for 35 & 37.5hours)

Mandatory Experience/Skills
- Telephone skills & call handling,
- Order Administration
- Highly Organised
- Strong Work ethic and positive attitude
- Good skills in Excel (Totalling, Sorting, etc)

**Skills of interest**
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Library/Book/Education Knowledge
- Technical Skills - Integration and software experience
- CRM experience, (Deskpro/Goldmine would be of benefit)
- Technical Support for eBooks/Online Platforms
- Knowledge of School Integration platforms
- Strong Excel Skills (Can use at speed, more complex formulas)
