Job Title: PMO/Administrative Assistant
Location: Lancashire
**Salary**: £30-35k
**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Providing administrative support to the PMO Manager
- Supporting the PMO Manager with the preparation of project reports, documents and presentations
- Assisting with the planning of project meetings and workshops
- Working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Preparing monthly and quarterly project plans
- Organising business travel and accommodation
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years' experience in an administrative or PMO role
- Experienced in project planning and tracking
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working in the cleantech and low emissions industry is advantageous
