We are working with a very impressive eCommerce agency to bring on board a Business Analyst who wants to progress their career, work with innovative tech and clients, and develop their skillset in eCommerce.

If you’re a BA with previous eCommerce exposure, then read on**What you’ll be doing**As a Business Analyst, you will be part of a specialist eCommerce website developer and system integrator providing eCommerce, software development, marketing and tech services helping customers build and transform their eCommerce businesses worldwide.
As someone with previous experience working in eCommerce, you will utilise your core BA skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical colleagues and stakeholders by assessing processes, requirements gathering and delivering data driven recommendationsand reports. You will have a continuous improvement mentality, and an eye for identifying potential issues before they arise with an ability to implement solutions.
You will be working collaboratively within an established and growing team, enjoying a close bond whilst also gaining full exposure to the entire business of 100+ colleagues, to make improvements across the board. This represents an opportunity to share yourskills and experience, whilst building your own knowledge, and supporting with core business analysis tasks and taking the lead with various projects and clients.
Previous experience in various eCommerce platforms (such as Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce), website development, and business analysis processes are essential.**What experience you’ll need**:

- Previous experience as a Business Analyst or similar.
- Experience of eCommerce or website development projects/platforms.
- A continuous improvement mentality, striving for positive change.
- An analytical and methodical approach to problem solving.
- A knack for identifying issues and implementing solutions.
- Strong core BA skills - requirements gathering, documentation, user stories.
- Experience with JIRA or similar, and other tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Facilitate workshops alongside other colleagues.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working remotely, visiting colleagues and clients when desired.
- An eagerness to learn and progress.
- Passionate about the world of eCommerce, with an understanding of the full lifecycle.
