**Harrogate Convention Centre** is
the leading venue in the North delivering a wide range of events, conferences,
productions and exhibitions, each with their own unique technical requirements.

We have an exciting opportunity for a high quality, experienced
and knowledgeable Technical Planner to join our diverse, innovative team.

**The Role**:
As the Technical Planner, you will be the point of contact and
in-venue technical expert for all clients. Working collaboratively as part of
the Event Planning and Delivery team, you will work alongside the Event Manager
to ensure all aspects of each event are communicated, planned, costed and
delivered in the best way possible for the client and the venue.

Clients are a key part of HCC and you will be responsible for
building and maintaining effective working relationships so each client feels
supported, valued and wants to return.

You will understand the client’s vision
and help and guide them to realise that at Harrogate Convention Centre whilst
maintaining a commercial mind-set.

Working full time 37 hours per week on an annualised hour’s
contract, the Technical Planner is primarily office based, however flexibility
is required for delivery of events.
