Head of Media Studies

Tempest Resourcing are currently recruiting a Head of Media Studies to work in an outstanding school in Southwark from April (or sooner). I am looking for a Media Studies specialist that would be interested in Head of Media Studies
- A can do attitude and a willingness to plan and prepare lessons and manage people
- The ability to use initiative and work well under pressure
- The ability to communicate effectively with the children and other staff members
- Experience Teaching KS5

The Role - Head of Media Studies Teacher - Southwark
- The role will involve working with pupils teaching KS3, KS4 & KS5 Media Studies
- Leading a class team teaching Media Studies and leading a team and working closely with SLT
- Assessing and accommodating individual learning needs of students
- encouraging the social and emotional development of pupils
- Attend an interview in person;
- Give details for us to complete Reference checks;
- Provide an Enhanced DBS disclosure We are committed to safeguarding the welfare of children and young people within education.
