We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our cleaner and caretaker team to provide a high-quality caretaking service to our residents.

**What you’ll be doing**:
You will be responsible for cleaning and related duties to ensure the maintenance, upkeep, security and safety of the Estate including communal and surrounding areas.

This includes reporting repairs and maintenance issues and working with different teams to facilitate access and help resolve customer complaints.

**What we’re looking for**:
To join our Caretaking team, we’re looking for someone with:

- good organisational skills and an ability to work under pressure;
- who can motivate the team;
- an awareness of health and safety issues and report issues through the appropriate channels;
- a willingness to cover different locations when required; and
- who enjoys working as part of a team.

The position requires applicants to hold a current, valid UK driving licence with the ability to travel throughout the Wakefield district.
