Looking for the opportunity to join a multi-national company working with The Best Connection for one of our exclusive clients in Croydon? We are currently recruiting for a **Operations Agent.**

**Starting times**:

- ** Monday to Friday.**:

- ** 12.30 to 21.30**

**Pay**:

- ** £12.94ph.**:

- **Increase in rate to £15.44 after 19.00**

**Requirements**:
**Customer Service Excellence and Communication Proficiency**:As an Operations Agent, your primary duty is to deliver exceptional customer service. Effective communication is the bedrock of this role. At times, you may also step into the shoes of a Service Centre Receptionist, so you should be adept at welcoming visitors, addressing inquiries, and managing appointments with grace.

**Emotional Intelligence and Problem-Solving Prowess**:The ability to remain composed and professional, even in the face of challenging or difficult customer interactions, is paramount. As an Operations Agent, you'll encounter a multitude of challenges and issues while striving to meet customer satisfaction and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.

**Exemplary Professionalism and Impeccable Organizational Skills**:You are the face of the organization, and as such, maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance is non-negotiable. Given the diverse workload, your organizational skills must be top-notch to efficiently and effectively handle various tasks.
