**Responsibilities**:

- Execute building projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
- Conduct various construction tasks, including but not limited to bricklaying, joinery, and general building duties.
- Collaborate effectively with the project team, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project milestones and timelines.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Operate construction machinery and tools efficiently and safely.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Drive to consistently deliver the best results, exceeding client expectations with each project.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the building and construction industry.
- Strong skills in bricklaying and/or joinery preferred.
- Valid driving license and own transportation (van preferred but not essential).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
- Enthusiasm for the construction trade, with a passion for achieving excellence in every project.
- Ability to work on small domestic extensions as well as some commercial-scale projects.

**Salary**: £8.90-£20.22 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
