Gapp is acting as an employment business, currently recruiting for a **Weighbridge Administrator** role for our well-established Client based in **Partington, M31.**

**Location**:Partington, Manchester

**Salary**:£23'129.00K plus bonus and attractive benefits package

**Contract**:Full time, permanent, 40 hours a week

**Shift Work**: One week of earlies 06.00-14:30, followed by one week of lates 14:000-22:30. Monday - Friday

**About the role**

We are pleased to tell you about an exciting opportunity in UK CARRINGTON which is a state-of-the-art sorting line at the site of our Paper Mill.

You will work closely with our internal and external stakeholders to deliver end to end customer service whilst achieving SLA’s in customer invoicing, reporting, purchasing and dispute resolution in an efficient manner. To Weigh in and weigh out all relevant vehicles and ensure all personnel in and around the weighbridge area do so according to site’s health and safety policy

- Competent with all Microsoft packages, especially with Excel
- Experience with compliance and duty of care desirable

**Main Responsibilities**
- Operate a safe and compliant weighbridge
- Liaise with site staff to ensure that drivers, vehicles and pedestrians enter the site in a controlled and safe manner.
- Monitor and report any issues with on-site logistics to all relevant parties.
- Weigh in and out vehicles using bespoke software, meeting KPI’s on automatic weight input.
- Completing Annex VII paperwork and collating all required information for export orders.
- Keep accurate and up to date duty of care records.
- Liaising with different sections of the site; Shift Managers, FLT and tele-handler drivers to co-ordinate safe and compliant on-site vehicle movements.
- Co-ordinating with loaders to ensure load weights are maximised
- Liaise with subcontractors, customers and suppliers to complete work as required according to instruction and contractual requirements.
- Understand the differences between generated and accepted grades of waste according to the European Waste Classification codes
- Confirm tickets and allocate stock using bespoke software
- Provide regular reports on KPIs and issues to management.
- Assisting with material non-conformity process and reporting to Finance and Admin Manager
- Ensuring drivers are aware of site health and safety rules prior to entering the site
- Management of two busy inboxes
- Accurately administer all customer data with a keen eye for detail.
- Processing sales and purchases through Prisma according to depot KPIs
- Checking jobs for invoicing
- Produce accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports in a timely manner for internal and external customers
- Ensure compliance with Saica’s policies and procedures, namely Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality
