**General Catering Assistants**

**Location - **The Royal Chantry, Cathedral Cloisters, Chichester PO19 1PX**

**Hours - Various**

**Days of work - Working any 5 days out of 7 days**

**Hourly rate - £9.50**

**Do you have a passion for delivering great food?**

Then Seasoned, the award-winning caterer with over 30 years’ experience in the industry has the role for you both full time and part time available.

The venue will operate 7 days a week with a working pattern 5 over 7 encompassing breakfast, lunch, hot snacks, homemade bakes and afternoon teas all prepared fresh on site from local suppliers.

**Responsibilities**:

- To assist the chef with general kitchen duties
- Assist with the day to day operations of all catering services, to produce food that is to the required standard
- Excellent customer service during customer interaction
- Operation of the till, processing card payments
- Adhering to all Health and Safety Legislation including Allergens and Natasha’s Law
- General cleaning duties throughout the day

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years’ catering experience
- Food Safety Level 2 Certificate
- Allergen Certificate
- The ability to work under pressure and stay calm
- To work within a team
- High standard of personal hygiene
