If you have worked in customer service or a people related service this maybe a great role to join an office-based team and develop your career further within Insurance Services - full training and academy support is given and ongoing

**Duties..**
- Answering calls in a timely manner whilst providing excellent customer service.
- Production of customer, client correspondence to corporate standard.
- Collating and posting of documents where required.
- Maintaining a consistent and energetic approach and building rapport with customers to establish customer relations.
- Liaising with Businesses and organisations to obtain information to settle claims and then produce the payments.
- To manage the customer through the lifecycle of their policy from quote to sales and renewals the claims process and all credit control functions providing in one call.

**Essential Skills**:

- Work well under pressure
- Problem solving skills with difficult customers

**TRAINING -** Will commence **6th February** working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday for first 4-6 weeks then you move to the below shift patterns. (No long-term holiday will be authorised during this time)

**3 Week Rota**
- Earlies : 8am - 4pm Mon
- Fri
- Mid Shift: 9am - 5.30pm 4 days Mon-Fri then half day Saturday
- Lates: Once every 7 weeks at present 12 midday to 8pm Mon -Fri

**Salary**

£19,000
