Domiciliary Carer

Reed are recruiting **Domiciliary Carers**on behalf of a family run care provider in Royston, Hertfordshire who believe life at home should be enjoyed. The care and support they provide helps protect dignity and independence.

**Pay: £10.80/hr, plus mileage at 45p per mile,**

**Contract: Permanent, 25hr per week contract**

**Shift Patterns: 06.40-10.00// 11.20-13.30// 15.20-20.00**

As a **Domiciliary Carer**, you will help service users in their own homes, with the following:

- Dispensing and administering medication
- Showering and bathing
- Getting up in the morning/retiring at the end of the day
- Meal Prep
- Companionship
- Household cleaning
- Respite for family/carers

Experience isn’t essential for this opportunity, more so a desire to help people, alongside a caring and empathetic nature.

Full training is provided, including shadow shifts and a 12-week skills to care programme.

A driving licence with business insurance is required for this role, as is an enhanced DBS certificate.
