Cctv Operator

Enigma are looking for a talented, ambitious individual to join our succeeding and growing CCTV team.

**Shift Pattern**:

- 4 on 4 off
- Days/ Nights/ Weekends

**Duties Include**:

- Monitoring CCTV cameras in Barnet
- Liaise with the client, Police and CCTV maintenance contractors
- Carry out CCTV footage review/release by completing necessary forms/logs
- Carry out daily camera checks
- Send daily/weekly/monthly reports to the client
- Complete any other duties assigned by Enigma Management

**Person Specification**:

- SIA CCTV Licence is essential
- Flexible and adaptable to work shift patterns
- Excellent telephone skills
- IT and Computer literate
- Able to interact with customers
- Willing to do rotating shift pattern
- Customer service and control room experience

**Operators may be required to undergo a Police vetting procedure or other approved security clearance before commencing duties as a CCTV operator.**

**Operators may be required to attend court and give evidence on the basis of their duties as a CCTV operator.**
