Job Summary

Accountabilities
- Manage the booking of all initial retail customer showground appointments. Starting their journey with us through to hand over to a Business Development Director.
- Meeting, discussing and understanding the needs of customers.
- Scheduling appointments that are suitable with the customers schedules
- Able to discuss our portfolio of homes in relation to customer need.
- Working with the Marketing Team to ensure that digital photos of homes are appropriate for presentation to buyers and advertising collateral.
- Revealing any new information to customers and presenting any details about the homes seen during the research process
- Build and maintain key relationships with key trade accounts.
- Organise all brochure / magazine requests.
- Facilitate all ‘Park Finder’ requests.
- Record website enquiries and actioning any questions ensuring that the CRM is completed appropriately with all information.
- Record and report on competitions & campaign e-shot replies.
- Own Land lead qualification and subsequent follow up.
- Trade website log in response analysis.
- Support Sales Office Manager with project works and performing routine CRM maintenance.

KPI’s for the role are set to ensure we spot successes and failings to plan, improve or proactively layout any recovery plan needed.

Experience and

Knowledge - Evidenced experience in a customer facing role. - Experience in a fast-paced Estate Agency or similar sales environment. - Recent experience of using a CRM to it’s full potential.
