Reporting to: Charity Manager
We are currently seeking a committed and driven Administrator who possesses the ability to proficiently oversee
and supervise the day-to-day operations of our administration and accounts department.
About Us
SHARE is a small Charity, based in Chester and North Wales, which is making a significant impact in the support of
refugees in the UK and overseas and in the support of the homeless in Chester. The Charity is managed by a board
of Trustees and is well supported by a team of passionate and loyal volunteers. The Charity owns the SHARE Shop in
Chester, which it operates as a not-for-profit company, donating all profit to the charity.
Role
Reporting directly to the Charity Manager, you will have a crucial role in maintaining the seamless and efficient
operation of the administration and accounts within the charity.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and organise office records, documents, and files, ensuring proper storage and retrieval.
- Prepare and distribute reports, and presentations as required.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and making orders when
necessary.
- Support HR activities, such as maintaining employee and volunteer records, assisting in onboarding
processess, and co-ordinating training sessions.
- Assist in maintaining office equipment and arranging repairs of maintenance when required.
- Assist in the day to day running of all charity accounts, generating invoices, recording bills etc.
- Assist with payroll records.
- Managing cash to bank.
