Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or issues. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you can utilize your communication and problem-solving skills.
**Duties**:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving billing issues
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve department goals
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and professionalism
- Utilise phone etiquette to ensure positive interactions with customers
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry and ability to navigate computer systems effectively
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions using your own inititative
**Location**:
This position is based in Bradford West Yorkshire
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
