The role is to lead on the safe running of the community sports facilities within the twielve school sites we work with. Additionally, the officer must look to build a relationship with the community sports clubs and organisations to help support sustainability and growth.

Overall Objectives of the Job
- To be responsible for the running of the sports facility during the hours of community usage
- To raise the profile of sport and physical activity across the district
- To encourage and stimulate participation in sport and physical activity of the local community in Buckinghamshire
- To support the growth and sustainability of the clubs and organisations based at the sports facility

Specific Objectives of the Job
- To be responsible for the safe coordination of the lettings service during the agreed hours of community usage
- To ensure that the site is left secure, clean and ready for the following school day
- To liaise with the users of the site to support their needs as a community organisation
- To ensure that covid-19 measures are clearly instigated and upheld throughout every hour of use including track and trace, one-way systems and hand cleaning stations
- Work with the wider Sports Development team to identify new opportunities for activities at the site

COVID-19 considerations:
Hand santiser stations positioned throughout the site. A one-way system is operational in most areas of the site.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burnham, Berkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
