An Operations Assistant reports to the Operations Manager and works toward ensuring a smooth business environment with the focus of optimal performance. This position requires the identification of operational risks and opportunity and providing solutions for the same together with the help of relevant departments. **Operations & Finance Administrator Responsibilities**:

- Acting as an Assistant to the Operational Manager and Managing Director.
- Scheduling meetings and team building sessions as required.
- Promptly answering the questions of staff.
- Preparing and filing forms and other documents.
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Taking inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.
- Updating logs and order forms.
- Analysing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.
- Work closely with the operations manager to oversee daily business operations.
- Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures within the office.
- Proactively recommend improvements to increase sales performance.
- Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency.
- Assist the finance department with cost/invoice entry, timesheet approval and procurement management.

**Operations & Finance Administrator Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 GCSE’s or equivalent
- Further education to A Level or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Additional courses in IT systems or Administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb organisational skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
