**During our Finance and Commercial Graduate Apprenticeship scheme **you’ll benefit from working in a dynamic, diverse, and inclusive environment. You’ll rotate around our different Finance and Commercial teams, working alongside our talented group of finance professionals. You’ll be given the opportunity to take on responsibility and lead your own projects - giving you exposure to senior management and the wider organisation.

As a Finance and Commercial Graduate, you’ll be at the heart of our Digital Transformation journey and play a key role in improving our finance processes by harnessing the power of digital technologies to redefine the way we work.

**Key Program Highlights**
- Engaging with and supporting in the delivery of a wide range of Finance Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Learning and developing digitalisation skills, with particular focus on Intelligent Automation (AI, Robotics), Business Intelligence (Power BI) and Advanced Analytics.
- Deliver unrivalled transparency through interactive financial reports and dashboards (Business Intelligence Solutions).
- Assist in conducting financial analysis to support with decision-making.
- Analyse financial data and prepare reports for finance team (i.e., Inventory management).
- Work closely with team members to gather data and assist in the preparation of financial plans (forecasts/budgets).
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance department.
- Work closely with senior finance professionals to develop your skills.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Recent (or soon to be) graduate with a bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Finance, Accounting, Maths, Computer Science, Engineering, analytical or business-related discipline.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to work independently, with strong analytical skills and systemic thinking.
- Adaptability and resilience in learning from mistakes to overcome obstacles.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A passion for digitalisation, and an inquisitive mind looking to learn.
