Position: Sustainability Consultant - Building Physics
**Salary**: £40-50K (depending on experience)

A leading consultancy specializing in MEP design and energy efficient environments, is currently seeking an Intermediate Building Physics Consultant to join the sustainability team.
The team of experts have established a reputation for excellence and innovation with impressive people retention statistics of 12 years _(av)_ and state-of-the-art offices in Bermondsey, just a short walk from London Bridge, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
Responsibilities/requirements:
Advise engineers in the Energy & Sustainability (E&S) aspect of building services designs.
Understanding of Building Regulations Part L.
Experienced in the use of energy and thermal modelling software.
An accredited energy assessor (domestic and non-domestic).
Experience in writing Energy Statements & Renewable Energy Assessments.
Knowledge/experience in carrying out: Energy Strategy; Sustainability Statements; Daylight Study; Thermal Comfort (TM59, TM52, TM49, BB101 etc); Part L compliance (SAP/SBEM).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Building Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience as a Building Physics Consultant, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Proficiency in building physics software - IESVE.
