We are a privately owned long established company offering a full range of non-surgical and surgical anti ageing skin treatments. We are looking for a full time receptionist to join the team. The job will be based at our Putney and Harley street and city clinics.

The right person will need to be able to offer:

- Min 3 years’ reception work experience
- Have a keen interest in health and skin care
- Past medical reception experience - Essential
- Be super organised and able to plan ahead
- Proactive rather than reactive
- Be well presented
- Interact with clients and be able to cope under pressure multi
- tasking
- Have an excellent telephone manner
- A team player
- Can work on their own as well as in a group
- Computer literate and proficient in word, excel, outlook and database packages
- Be comfortable to manage the occasional difficult client
- Be able to cope under pressure and self motivate when required.
- Adhere to company policy and guidelines at all times.
- Good written and spoken English essential
- Work a 5 day week which includes 2 full Saturdays per month. (Friday off when working a Saturday) 40 hour week (173.33 hours pro rata over a calendar month)
- Full working UK visa

Being able to commute to all three sites is a must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Medical Receptionist: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
