We are seeking to appoint a confident Senior HR and Resourcing Advisor with solid “hands on” experience to provide a high quality and comprehensive senior HR advisory service to the EPR Programme, working in conjunction with the EPR and Trust People Partnering Team.

You will be required to deliver expert guidance, advice and tools to managers on recruitment, induction, resource planning and organisational change, as well as a range of ER matters and effectively coach and train staff where appropriate. You will be suitably qualified possessing your Associate membership of the CIPD and have proven experience in an operational role within an HR department, providing a comprehensive advisory service with experience of recruitment, supporting organisational change and complex casework management.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build and maintain strong working relationships

As part of the Trusts commitment to flexible working there will be some opportunity to work from home and in the office on a rota basis, this would be reviewed regularly in line with service requirements.

To be successful you will need to have significant knowledge in employment law and HR policies, procedures and best practices and advise on complex employee relations matters.

To provide a high quality and comprehensive senior HR advisory service to the EPR Programme. The postholder will take a lead role in ensuring the efficient and effective management and progression of staff resource planning across the Programme and support the Programme with strategic change, ensuring that any change or requirement is delivered within the scope of legal requirements whilst endeavouring to maintain a mínimal risk to the Trust.

The postholder will also provide strategic advice and guidance on HR processes and procedures and any complex employee relations cases and deliver people management solutions to the management team. The postholder will pro-actively identify potential problems and actively work with the HR Business Partner and other members of the EPR Programme leadership team and Staffside colleagues to ensure a positive outcome.
