Ediscovery Executive

You’ll be responsible for best practice execution of the eDiscovery aspects of matters, by collaborating with partners and associates of the firm. You’ll also play an active role in building the reputation of the eDiscovery function.

- Identifying and understanding client needs, executing the recommended technical solutions and delivering in a timely manner
- Setting accurate budgets for costs and timescales for cases
- Supervising, on occasion, tasks delegated to more junior analysts in the team.
- Challenging, maintaining and continuously improving best practice eDiscovery processes

**What do you need?**
- Expertise in Document Review Platforms such as Relativity
- Experience working within a similar team at a similar level
- Expertise in support document reviews and case work

**What could help you stand out?**
- Excellent understanding of the legal framework of eDiscovery, existing protocols, practices and relevant legal standards.
- Academic legal training (law at degree level or postgraduate) and experience as a legal practitioner
- Experience of supervising more junior staff
