We are actively looking for a Maintenance Operative/Handyman/Woman in Wynyard, Billingham.

This role is a permanent position with a salary of £25000 - £30000 a year, while working 39 hours a week. As part of the role, you will have to be on call for any emergencies.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Billingham-on-Tees, North Yorkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
