We are looking for a Supervisor to join our existing team and work alongside our Manager. We are a busy independent Mediterranean style restaurant and as such we place great importance on customer service and personality.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to - oversea daily operations of the restaurant including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards we expect of a clean and organised restaurant environment.

You will preferably have previous experience in the hospitality industry in a supervisory role, and have the ability to work hands on in a fast paced environment. If you are passionate about the restaurant industry, have a good sense of humour, a friendly personality and want to work for an independent restaurant, - we would like to hear from you as soon as possible. You will have flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends, although only occasional Friday and Saturday evening working required.

Salary circa. £28.000 + Tips
