**HR Support Apprenticeship - Ametel -Land**

**About the employer**:
AMETEK Land (Land Instruments) is a world-leading manufacturer of instrumentation and analysers for non-contact industrial infrared temperature measurements, combustion efficiency and environmental pollutant emissions.

**Overview of role**:
We are looking for an active and driven Human Resources Apprentice to join our team at AMETEK Land Instruments International Ltd. You will have an opportunity to develop and gain a good understanding of AMETEK HR policies and procedures for our PM&I Business Unit. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. This is an opportunity to gain experience and learn how a major global organisation operates, gaining the tools and exposure to progress your career within the industry, a step to realising your potential.

**Key details**:

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
- Wage: £6.40 per hour
- Location: Stubley Lane, Dronfield, Derbyshire, S181DJ

**Apprenticeship details**:

- Qualification: Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard
- Duration of course: 18 months
- Training Provider: LMP Education (Rated in top 10 of UK providers)
- All learning delivered online/ remotely alongside role.

**Full Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Support all processes within the employee lifecycle including fulfilling general HR Administration activities (including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, performance, talent development, employee engagement and training)
- Provide support with management information, ensuring compliance with Company process, data protection requirements and best practice with regard to maintenance of HR systems and records
- Heavily involved in outreach activities
- Provide support with general employee relations
- Assist with the implementation of BU level leadership development programs
- Maintain HR dashboard/tracker on a weekly/monthly basis
- Additional responsibilities as required

**Qualifications Requirements**:

- GCSE or equivalent (Functional skills) English (Grade 4) essential
- GCSE or equivalent (Functional skills) Maths (Grade 4) essential
