**Job Responsibility**:
**What will you be doing?**
- Working closely with Vodafone teams, external suppliers and stakeholders, provide technical guidance on site design.
- Responsibility in defining and documenting the necessary technical and delivery standards to support delivery teams and suppliers to rollout.
- Where necessary, define process and procedures for relevant network deployment and drive automation.
- Working closely with OSS, GIS, Tools and Workflow teams to support the development of the various tools and interfaces required to support RAN deployment.
- Support and drive the onboarding of new RAN hardware or services from concept to live network trials.
- Where necessary, attend Vodafone RAN Sites to support design, trials, fault finding and problem solving.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Good technical knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G RAN systems, including supporting tools and systems.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to drive through complex tasks with other SMEs.
- Strategic and tactical awareness
- Commercial awareness - identify cost efficiencies to reduce OPEX/CAPEX spend
- Excellent communication skills - able to explain complex concepts in a way that is easy to understand
- Experience with cross-functionally working and driving collaboration between teams and functions
