**Accounts and Payroll Administrator**

An opportunity has arisen for a talented accounts administrator. The role will require you to support the day to day running of the business and administration, working independently and the wider team members.

**Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
**Sales/Purchase Ledger**
- Day to day communication with partners
- Logging maintaining and filling supplier invoices and allocating to correct nominals
- Liaising with suppliers and resolving any billing queries
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Dealing with resident billing queries in a professional manner
- Chasing any outstanding debts
- Management of petty cash and company credit cards
- Ensure cheques and payments are banked promptly and allocated accordingly

**Payroll**
- Weekly payrolls
- Collating and processing monthly payrolls, ensuring pay rates and hours are accurate
- Setting up new employees and producing leaver documentation
- Setting up and tracking employee AEO’s or DEA’s and making payments accordingly
- Producing end of year P60’s
- On completion of salary payments - allocate payments and produce journal
- Work to strict deadlines to ensure all staff are paid on time

**General**
- Monthly Bank reconciliations
- Weekly bank uploads
- Producing reports as requested by management
- General administration duties and support to the wider team

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Salary**: Dependant on experience

**Schedule**: Monday - Friday

**Location**: Harrow, London

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £20,190.90-£25,000.00 per year
