FE Branch Manager - ideal location would be London/ Birmingham/ Nottingham/ Manchester

Are you a born leader with a proven track record in developing consultants along with a successful billing history?

As a Branch Manager within this company, you will be experienced within the Education sector, confident, resilient, and able to build rapport, have a proven ability of managing a team of consultants and can show a successful billing record.

As part of this role, you will be expected to develop your own business alongside your team, conduct regular sales meetings, 121’s and team meetings, set goals, targets and budgets, along with recognising achievement, motivating your team to ensure the highest possible outcomes are achieved, provide learning, development, coaching and be able to evaluate individual and team performance.
