CNC Woodworkers

Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the materials required and the dimensions of the finished product
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join wood and other materials to construct or repair items such as furniture, cabinets, doors, windows, and building frameworks
- Install cabinets, shelves, and other finished products according to specifications
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools to cut, shape, and smooth wood
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area

**Skills**:

- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Experience in roof construction, restoration industry, metal stud framing, plastering, cabinet installation, concrete forming, or maintenance person work is a plus
- Strong carpentry skills with the ability to use hand tools and woodworking machinery effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or bending

**Salary**: £24.00-£25.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Joinery: 6 years (preferred)
- Carpentry: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
