Payroll & Accounts Clerk required for a new role in Teesside. Working hours are offered from 31-37.5 per week to suit the applicants and the days/hours worked are also very flexible too.

The Role
The role combines payroll and general accounts with duties as follows:
Accounts:
Sales & Purchase Ledger
Processing Sales Orders
Answering the phone and dealing with customer queries
Company credit card receipts
Filing and scanning documents

Payroll:
End to end processing of weekly and monthly payroll
Time and attendance reporting (wage costings)
Processing new starters and leavers for payroll purposes
Processing absences in line with statutory requirements and company policies
Processing company pension schemes ensuring compliance
Processing of other payroll deductions
Finalising payroll including submission, payments, pay slips, P45 and submissions to HMRC

Experience
Applications are welcome from people with recent relevant experience and a working knowledge of Sage Line 50 and Sage Payroll.

Remuneration
£24,350 per annum.
