**Care Team Leader** - **Days, Stalham**
**£14.25 (days) + enhancements + NEW company sickness scheme**
**30 average hours per week + opportunity for additional hours**

**A day in the life**:
You will build strong relationships with your colleagues and community health and social care professionals. With a natural ability and initiative to lead and motivate others, you will work closely with the home managers, supporting the day-to-day supervision of staff, including developing a culture that echoes Norse Care values:

Providing compassionate care is at the heart of everything we do, so it will be vital that you set an example through your delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. **About you**:

**We will be looking for you to demonstrate these at the interview stage**
We also want you to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings.
**About Sydney House**:
Sydney House is our care home in the North Norfolk village of Stalham. We provide dedicated care and support to up to 40 people at the home.
