IT Consultant

JLGroup are an umbrella company for JLLighting, JLLive & NeatSpace.

Based in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, with satellite offices in New York & Ireland. We are looking for an IT Consultant to assist us with day to day running of our IT infrastructure and needs for both at the office and on site/on location, as well as remote support, advice, security and training for current and new team members.

Our systems are all cloud based, underpinned by the Office365 ecosystem.

Our main focuses are:

- GDPR & Data Compliance
- Security protocols and access level management
- Remote machine lockout capabilities & remote wiping of machines
- Remote support with login and control features
- Administration and onboarding of new starters
- Remote software updates - Pushed onto devices
- Administration and preparation of IT hire stock, ensuring security
- User management and IT support
- Training in Office 365 for selected team members.
- Ensuring backups are complete and effective across all machines
- Assistance with cloud file management.
- Training sessions on new features and updates.
- Advice on best practices with current hardware and software suites, including alternative solutions.
- Auxiliary services, such as domain management, client portals, and short-term client exhibition web shops.
- We work across a mix of Mac & Windows

**Salary**: £15.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
