**What you’ll do**:

- Be a vital part of the maintenance operation
- Provide excellent customer service with a dedicated and helpful approach
- Carrying out reactive maintenance to include plumbing, electrical and joinery work
- Ensuring you remain compliant with safety procedures

**What you bring**:

- A can-do attitude and flexible approach to working
- Excellent attention to detail, plus good communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal
- General knowledge of health and safety procedures

Main Responsibilities
- Basic building fabric repairs such as minor plastering repairs and repairing of doors, replacement of smoke seals.
- To work closely with and to support the technical team as required.
- Assist to cleaning team as required.
- To assist with and comply with all aspects of Health and Safety and the Environment policies on work activities to ensure actions comply in accordance with statutory and contractual requirements. Completion to the standards of; Risk Assessments, COSHH Assessments, H&S compliance and safety expected activities.
- Ensure the fit-for-purpose, of issued clothing, uniform, tools, equipment and PPE and is to a safe and good working order of condition.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
