Are you a creative, innovative, and experienced Senior Designer with a 3D and 2D skillset who loves working with and has a passion for consumer products? If you are looking for a new role with a successful business, working with a driven, fun team then we have the role for you

Our client works with many fantastic leading global Brands, supplying their products to successful retailers across the world, and they are looking for a talented Senior Designer to join their growing team.

You will be a proficient and talented designer with advanced skills across 2D, print and packaging design, in addition you will be highly skilled using 3D software such as Solidworks, 3Ds Max, Keyshot, Zbrush and have a vested interest in product design. You will have the opportunity to utilise the combination of your 3D & 2D skillset to take ownership of the design process from original ideation and concept visuals, through to final factory-ready artwork.

**Duties of the Senior Designer with 2D & 3D Skillset**:

- Handling all areas of design throughout the timeline of a product’s creation. Utilising 2D and 3D skillset to create professional, commercial, and realistic artwork for a wide variety of products.
- Creating 3D models of products from initial concept through to final factory ready files
- Tracking design workloads and capacity, delegating work and improving efficiency in order to meet deadlines
- Training, mentoring, and overseeing design interns and junior and mid-weight designers
- Creating 3D visuals and mock-ups required for trade shows and marketing requirements.
- Working accurately with style guides and manufacturing guidelines to ensure designs are commercial and meet the brief
- Identifying applicable 3D and product design innovations, across construction, finishes, advances in manufacturing techniques and more
- Attending meetings, both with internal teams and external clients as required
- Regular comp shopping, being aware of new design trends to stay ahead of the competition
- Supporting the Design team with any required duties

**Skills & experience required**:

- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role - working within pop-culture, gift, home, or tech is ideal
- Fantastic Adobe Suite skills across Illustrator, Photoshop and inDesign with Dimension knowledge an advantage
- Highly skilled using 3D software such as SolidWorks and KeyShot, with ZBrush/Blender knowledge a bonus
- Commercially aware and innovative, with the ability to take a brief and translate into fantastic commercial designs
- An excellent communicator both internally and externally, with the ability to communicate ideas confidently and effectively
- An expert multitasker with an eye for detail, who can work on multiple projects simultaneously
- A flexible approach, someone who thrives in a fast-paced role
- Positive and enthusiastic, and a real team player
