Urgent temporary requirement to start asap for a reliable Maintenance/Caretaker/Handyman for Student Accommodation in Poole

Tools are provided. Will be for 1-2 months - possibly longer (possible potential of permanent)

Responsibilities of the role include but not limited to:

- Providing high standard of repairs and maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing, joinery and carpentry, painting/decorating, maintenance of lighting /statutory testing and fire alarm testing when required
- PPM checks
- Moving furniture and heavy items from location to location on site as required

Proven maintenance, handyman, caretaker or relevant trade experience and being a helpful and friendly personality is key
