**It is an exciting time to join the Halton 0-19 Service. We are working closely with the Local Authority to develop the Family Hub model in Halton. Health Visiting is key to the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme. We are looking for an ambitious, dynamic SCHPN (Health Visitor) who enjoys working collaboratively to co-produce services for families of Halton. Within our 0-19 service here at Bridgewater we are dedicated to empower our teams to be innovative, encourage ideas to improve outcomes for our Children and Families in Halton.**
