**Job**: Full-Time Cover Supervisor

**Location**: Haringey, London

**Pay**:£100-£110 per day (term time only)

**Key Responsibilities as a Cover Supervisor**:

- Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring the effective management of the classroom.
- Maintaining a positive learning environment conducive to student engagement and achievement.
- Managing behavior in accordance with school policies and procedures.
- Providing support to students with their learning, as directed by teaching staff.
- Liaising with colleagues to ensure smooth coordination of cover arrangements.
- Prioritizing students safeguarding and wellbeing

**Requirements of a Cover Supervisor**:

- Previous experience working as a cover supervisor or similar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills
- Organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- A commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of students.
