**Job Description**:

- Collaborate with the Membership Marketing Manager to execute membership rewards and activations, ensuring seamless delivery of value to our members.
- Take ownership of key consumer segments to develop and plan personalized membership journeys, enhancing the overall member experience.
- Work closely with the brand, design, and CRM teams to generate membership-specific content across digital and offline channels, effectively communicating the benefits of our membership program.
- Collaborate with our brand marketing team to plan and execute rewards events and experiences for Members.
- Assist in analysing the performance of membership campaigns and initiatives, providing valuable insights to optimize future marketing strategies.
- Support the Membership Marketing Manager in coordinating with cross-functional teams to align membership efforts with broader marketing objectives.
- Utilize marketing automation tools and Customer Data Platforms to implement targeted and data-driven membership marketing activities.
- Act as a brand ambassador for our membership program, passionately promoting its benefits and value to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in marketing or a related field, with exposure to loyalty or membership programs preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to execute complex membership marketing campaigns effectively.
- Collaborative mindset, capable of working with various teams to deliver exceptional membership experiences.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Passionate about creating engaging and valuable experiences for customers through membership initiatives.
