**Job title - **Employee Benefits Administration
**Department - **Employee Benefits
**Location - **Kent Science Park, Sittingbourne
**Hours per week** - Monday to Friday, 9.00 - 17.30.
**Background - **PK EB support employers and their employees with all elements of their benefits and personal finance. Delivering first class, proactive service for all clients.
**What the role will entail -**
- Company new joiner processing:
- Maintain the company database
- Processing Letters of Authority from clients:
- Explain transfer process and send LOA. Send LOA’s to providers and follow up until info received, keeping client updated in the meantime
- Processing of Group Life Assurance, Group Income Protection and Private Medical Insurance renewals and carrying out market review exercises
- Collating data
- Sending collated data to employer to confirm it is correct and to confirm absentee/travel info. Once confirmed, support the Group Risk Consultant in going to market to obtain quotes.
- Processing underwriting for any high earning employees that exceed the Free Cover Limit
- Send notice to employer to inform them of the underwriting required. Send questionnaire to employee to complete, explaining the process, the reason for the process and assisting with any follow up queries. Issue completed questionnaire to provider and follow up until the underwriting decision has been made. Update employee and employer once the decision is made and update all records accordingly.
- Issue Flexible Benefit windows to clients who have selected these, in turn setting up the selected benefits, liaising with the employee to cease any previous selections that were not re-selected, and also communicate to the employer the choices made and any payroll changes needed.
- Support employers/employee’s beneficiaries in benefit death claims for Pension/GLA/GIP.
- Support employers/employees with any PMI claims/issues.
- Obtain, check and issue invoices (PMI, GLA, GIP, Cash Plan & Dental).
- Save the invoices to the company file. Update individual EE premiums on Cobens DB. Issue invoice to employer.**Reporting to**
