Waitress/ Waiter

Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred, and we will provide some training to ensure a smooth transition into our operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service and guarantee guest satisfaction
- Welcome and seat guests promptly and warmly
- Take precise and efficient food and beverage orders
- Recommend menu items and promote specials to boost sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front of house area
- Address guest inquiries, issues, and complaints professionally
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols

**Skills**:

- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a must
- Proficiency in carrying trays of food and drinks
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while paying attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills
- Familiarity with Indian cuisine, wines, and cocktails is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £8.60-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 35 per week
