We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Business Administration Apprentice to join our team and gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.

Location: Cambridge

**Salary**: dependent upon age and experience.

Business Administration Apprentice - Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls
- Help quote enquiries
- Identify opportunities for upselling our services
- Take bookings and liaise with controller
- Allocate jobs to the drivers and third-party suppliers
- Process jobs and proof of deliveries on to Journease, their software package
- Monitor work in progress and identify back load potential for all their vehicles
- Monitor the progress of UK overnight and International shipments and help resolve any problems
- Use Microsoft Office, Excel and Word software
- Help with general administration
- Undertake individual projects and help present them at team meetings
- Enjoy what you do and at the end of the day, feel really good about the difference youve made

Business Administration Apprentice - You:

- Someone who thinks on their feet and is happy to go the extra mile to ensure they keep delivering happiness
- A desire to do the right thing
- Excellent communication and service skills with all types of people
- Competence to deliver a premium service for the customer
- Eagerness to learn new things and always look for ways to make things better
- A proven ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic team environment
- Being highly organised and able to use your own initiative to get things done
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Excel and Word
