An international Property and Construction Consultancy are seeking a career-focused Building Surveyor to join the Northampton team.

**The Building Surveyor role**

The successful Building Surveyor will ideally be happy supporting the East Midlands workload as well as occasional travel into London to support the London Building Consultancy team.

The Building Surveyor's day to day will include professional services such as acquisition surveys, defect analysis, dilapidations, TDD, feasibility studies, party wall, PPM and employers agent.

As well as this, the Building Surveyor will be working on a varied and expanding pipeline of projects including minor and major repairs, refurbishments, extensions, alterations and design advice.

**The Building Surveyor**
- A Building Surveying Degree
- Ideally MRICS or working towards
- Professional Services and PM experience
