**Sales Support Executive**

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Support Executive to join an impressive tour provider whose mission is to provide an unforgettable and authentic experience for the discerning traveller by providing destinations that they are passionateabout and have first-hand knowledge of.

**Sales Support Executive - What will I be doing?**

As a Sales Support Executive, the core part of your role with be to support the Sales Team by undertaking various administration functions to support the customer booking journey. You'll also work closely with the Senior travel Specialists to ensure thatcustomers receive the highest level of support throughout the booking process. Part of your time will also be spent with the Operations and Product teams, so there's plenty of variety within this role.

**Sales Support Executive - What experience do I need?**
- Ideally you will have worked within a specialist tour operator and be a keen traveller
- GDS Reservation skills, preferably Amadeus
- Demonstrable experience of problem-solving and thinking outside of the box
- You must be able to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and personalisation when handling customer bookings
- The ability to maintain an excellent degree of knowledge on the destinations and products within the Company's portfolio
- An ability to deal with change, growth and meeting demanding deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly motivated, well-organised and able to thrive in a pressurised environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

**Sales Support Executive - What else do I need to know?**
This position would be ideal for someone with a travel background but would equally suit an individual from any other sector who loves travelling and is passionate about customer service. If that's you, we'd love to hear from you The role offers hybrid workingand is based in Dorking two days a week working 9 - 5 Monday to Friday. Salary £24k - £25k
