We are currently partnering with a prestigious retail store, Décor Retail Ltd T/A Lifestyle Express’s, renowned for its high-quality retail products and offerings and commitment to exceptional customer service.

We are actively seeking a Shop Supervisor to play a key role in managing the Décor Retail Ltd T/A Lifestyle Express’s retail operation and delivering outstanding customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and guide the sales and shop team to excel in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Develop and monitor work schedules, optimizing coverage for store efficiency.
- Collaborate with the owner and managers to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Assess staffing needs, recommend hiring or training initiatives, and maintain optimal staffing levels.
- Provide regular reports on departmental activities, sales performance, and progress toward targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and address complaints to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Perform general clerical duties and prepare sales invoices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven two years’ experience in a supervisory role within a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management and sales reporting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and customer-focused setting.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: £26,200.00-£27,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
