**Aim of the Gardener role**

To assist in the gardenering department while leaning from the team around you and taking pride in your own progression

**Gardener Responsibilities**:

- Constantly seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for our gardening department
- Have a basic knowledge of the gardeners responsibilities but show willingness to learn and progress
- Take up basic duties that help the smooth running of the department
- Work closely with and support your fellow gardeners
